This is to inform all the students that any student who wants to participate in co-curricular organized by

-The students themselves.

-OR Organized by the University departments other then International Education Center of Shanxi University of Chinese medicine

-OR Any other individuals,organizing parties ,Universities and so so .

The students must get permission from international education center of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine

1-For participating in the activity

OR

2-To organize the activity/event.

Note :

-Any co-curricular activity organized without permission from International Education Center of Shanxi University of Chinese medicine is not allowed.

-In case of any accidental injury during co-curricular activity without permission or in case of any Chinese Law violation or physical dispute or economic dispute with the activity organizers, the university will not support.(Insurance cannot be clamined)

-The Students will not get the reward from the office of International Education Center of Shanxi University of Chinese mediencine. (i.e: points,certificates,gifts)

-On the other side students after getting formal permission from the office of International Education Center of Shanxi University of Chinese mediencine and the student gets position in the activity and brings honour for the university.The University will support and give rewards i.e points,certificates,gifts and priority to get annual scholarship.
